Introduction & Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vgd33 platform and all of its services. When you register an account, log in, or begin using any service on vgd33, you automatically agree to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. vgd33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be treated as your acceptance of those changes.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use services on vgd33, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must be a natural person — accounts may not be registered in the name of a corporate or artificial entity.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- Your account is for personal use only — transferring, selling, or renting it to anyone else is prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
vgd33 may request identity verification at any time. You may be required to provide a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the vgd33 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on vgd33 is ৳100. You must use an approved payment method to complete a deposit. The payment methods currently accepted on vgd33 are:

- Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
- Upay — UCB Bank's digital payment service
- Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank
Depositing via a third-party bank account or payment source is strictly prohibited. The deposit details must match the name on your own account.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. In some cases, withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:
- Your account must be fully verified.
- Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
- The withdrawal payment method must be consistent with the deposit method.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
vgd33 offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳18,000, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 will be added, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳12,000 in wagers before making a withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account.
- Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in both accounts being cancelled.
- vgd33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonuses are obtained through fraudulent or dishonest means, the relevant account and any winnings may be forfeited.
VIP Program
The vgd33 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Staying regularly active and playing consistently on the platform can move you up to a higher VIP tier. vgd33 reserves the right to change the benefits, tiers, or criteria of the VIP program at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vgd33 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial method.
- Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party.
- Registering an account with false information.
- Engaging in disrespectful or harassing behaviour toward vgd33 staff.
If any such activity is detected, vgd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the balance.

8.2 Closure by the User
